Excellent

Edgar was on time, courteous and explained what he found wrong , told us the cost and was efficient getting our fridge up and running. He allowed us the time to clean behind the fridge while he had it pulled out also.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer for proper voltage from the wall to the cord terminal block, voltage normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to dryer control assembly, voltage normal. Inspected continuity on all thermal safety thermostats, all thermal safeties are normal. Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element and tested. Operation now normal. TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED dryer vent cleaning, customer declined service.

CONCERN: customer states washer lid does not stay open. CAUSE: Found door hinges failed. CORRECTION: Replaced door hinges and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports washer is always off balance. Even with small loads. CAUSE: Found washer suspension rods worn out. CORRECTION: Replaced washer suspension rods and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Washer is not working properly making loud grinding noise on spin cycle . CAUSE: Found washer transmission bearing failed. CORRECTION: Replaced transmission assembly and re calibrated controls. tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator water dispenser inoperative. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Found switch for water dispenser misaligned due to broken tap on support bracket CORRECTION: replaced bracket and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator ceiling LED light and freezer LED inoperative. CAUSE: Found tested voltage to LED light 3v DC present. Found freezer LED failed. CORRECTION: replaced freezer LED and tested. all LED operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator freezer door does not close properly. CAUSE: Found bad left drawer rail missing ball bearings. CORRECTION: replaced left drawer rail and lubricant right drawer rail and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator/freezer is not cooling properly. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on freon. CORRECTION: Recharged system and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM. Since a refrigerator that is low on freon has a known leak we cannot guarantee performance of the unit after freon has been refilled. When a welded unit is low on freon it has leaked out, however we cannot determine the rate at which a leak is. Customer has acknowledged that this is a temporary fix only and is not to be considered a long lasting repair.

CAUSE: Found refrigerator water filter housing failed, water filter suck to housing. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator water filter housing and tested for leaks. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator water dispenser inoperative. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line to refrigerator for leaks, no leaks found at this time. Inspected water valve for leaks, found water valve failure. CORRECTION: Replaced water valve and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working like it should. CAUSE: Found evaporator leaking freon. CORRECTION: Replaced evaporator and receiver dryer, checked for leaks and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection.Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal
